Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead, manage, and execute digital and technical projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will oversee cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery, maintain quality standards, and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities - Project Planning & Execution

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing, web development, and IT projects.
• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation sheets.
• Monitor project performance and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.

Team Leadership & Coordination

• Manage internal teams including designers, developers, marketers, and content strategists.
• Conduct project meetings, assign responsibilities, and ensure smooth workflow.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project managers and team members.

Client Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Provide project updates, prepare reports, and maintain strong client relationships.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure all deliverables meet Multivision Wizards’ quality standards.
• Review and approve design, content, and technical outputs before client delivery.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions when needed.

Process & Reporting

• Maintain documentation including SOWs, project trackers, and performance reports.
• Optimize internal project management processes for efficiency.
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost control.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in project management in a digital agency or tech environment.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, website development, and software project workflows.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Strong client-facing and negotiation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Deep understanding of UI/UX workflows, SEO, and branding processes.
• Experience managing international clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
