About the Role

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and supervise day-to-day construction activities.
• Prepare, review, and understand drawings, BOQs, and designs using

  AutoCAD

  .
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and clients.
• Ensure that all work is completed as per design, quality standards, and safety norms.
• Track project progress, timelines, and budgets.
• Handle material planning and site documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical/site issues.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports for management and clients.
• Lead the site team and ensure smooth workflow.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in

  Civil Engineering

  (or related field).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD

  and understanding of technical drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and standards.
• Ability to manage timelines and work under pressure.

Experience

• Minmum 5 years of experience in civil project execution or project management.
• Experience with residential/commercial projects preferred.

Salary:

?4,20,000 per Annum
