Job Responsibilities

MEP Execution at Site

• Execute mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works on-site in alignment with project drawings and specifications.
• Take ownership of assigned site areas and ensure timely and quality delivery of MEP activities.

Daily Site Management

• Supervise and manage daily cleanroom, MEP work, coordinating with subcontractors, labour teams, and internal departments.
• Ensure site readiness and material availability for uninterrupted execution.

Drawing Review & Implementation

• Study and interpret MEP drawings, layouts, and shop drawings to execute work as per design.
• Flag design or execution conflicts and coordinate with the design/technical team for timely resolutions.

Progress Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor daily work progress, maintain documentation, and report status to the Construction Manager.
• Ensure that work is progressing as per schedule and raise alerts for any delays or resource bottlenecks.

Quality Assurance & Work Inspections

• Conduct inspections of MEP installations (e.g., ducting, piping, cabling, fixtures) and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Rectify non-conformities in coordination with site supervisors and QA/QC team.

Testing & Commissioning Support

• Participate in system testing and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with OEMs and third-party agencies during the handover stages.

Safety & Compliance Enforcement

• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety standards and project-specific HSE plans.
• Educate and enforce safety practices among labour and subcontractors.
