We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager with 4 - 6 years of experience in managing IT projects, particularly in AI and software development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing various client projects to ensure timely and successful delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Management

  : Develop detailed project plans, assign resources, and ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Stakeholder Communication

  : Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams; communicate project updates, timelines, and deliverables effectively.

• Team Coordination

  : Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, AI specialists, and designers to meet project objectives.

• Risk Management

  : Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as needed to ensure project success.

• Performance Monitoring

  : Track and report on project milestones, KPIs, and outcomes; conduct post-project analysis to improve future projects.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience

  : 4 - 6 years of project management experience in the IT/AI industry.

• Technical Skills

  : Familiarity with AI projects and understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC); experience with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or MS Project.

• Communication

  : Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.

• Leadership

  : Proven experience in leading project teams; ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve goals.
