About the Role

Senior Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the civil execution works across Railway, Metro/Monorail, and Highway projects in Maharashtra.
• Supervise contractors, monitor daily progress, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Verify drawings, technical specifications, work measurements, and QA/QC procedures.
• Review and certify RA bills, BOQs, DPRs, and progress documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, PMC, contractors, and government authorities.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessment, and implement corrective action plans.
• Manage resources, manpower planning, and ensure adherence to HSE standards.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports and MIS updates.

Mandatory Experience

• Full-Time B.E./B.Tech Civil

   (No part-time/distance/AMIE accepted).

• 20+ years post-degree experience

   in civil engineering.

• 1–2 years experience in Railway projects

   (structures, bridges, track-related works preferred).

• Minimum 5 years experience in Metro / Monorail / Highway projects

  , preferably in elevated structures, stations, viaducts, bridges, road works, etc.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of RCC, steel structures, viaducts, bridges, and large-scale infrastructure execution.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, design reports, and technical specifications.
• Experience in QA/QC, HSE compliance, and project documentation.
• Sound knowledge of project management tools (MS Project / Primavera preferred).
• Experience in contractor management, billing, BOQ, measurements, and estimation.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple large-scale sites under pressure.
