Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager with 15 to 18 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in leading complex projects to successful delivery. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the planning and execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. - Overseeing the management of project resources to optimize allocation and utilization. - Providing clear and effective communication to stakeholders to align and understand project goals. - Monitoring project progress and performance, taking corrective actions as needed. - Developing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports. - Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices. - Facilitating regular project meetings for effective collaboration and issue resolution. - Identifying and mitigating project risks to minimize impact on outcomes. - Coordinating with cross-functional teams to integrate and deliver project components seamlessly. - Managing project budgets for cost-effective resource utilization and financial adherence. - Fostering a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging process enhancements. - Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members for their professional growth. - Ensuring project outcomes align with organizational goals and contribute to business success. Qualifications required for this role include: - Extensive experience in Program-Budget/Cost/Profit management. - Strong skills in Program-Govern & Communication. - Proficiency in Program Resource Management. - Expertise in Program Planning. - Experience in Program Execution. - Nice to have experience in Transactions domain. - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. - Proven track record of successful project delivery. - Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. - Adept at risk identification and mitigation. - Ability to foster a collaborative team environment. - Strong focus on achieving project outcomes that benefit the organization. Certifications Required: - PMP Certification - PRINCE2 Certification or equivalent project management certification.,
