Senior Project Manager

Job description

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, roadmaps, budgets, and resource plans for complex IT initiatives.
• Lead cross- functional teams, manage tasks, track progress, ensure quality, and drive projects to timely, on- budget completion.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks, resolving complex technical and business impediments.
• Serve as the primary liaison, providing regular status updates, reports and presentations to executives, clients, and teams.
• Allocate and optimize personnel, budget, and tools, ensuring efficient utilization.
• Enforce company project management standards conduct quality checks, and manage documentation.
• Coach junior project managers and foster best practices within the project management.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of technology, systems, and SDLC.
• Proven leadership, communication, negotiation and problem- solving abilities.
• Expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
• Relevant certifications are often preferred.
• Communication
