We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager to join our team and oversee the successful execution of fire safety and BMS projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project activities, coordinating with clients and consultants, supervising site teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills. Job Role / Category: Project Engineering / Site Management / Fire Safety & BMS Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute day-to-day project activities and supervise site teams. Monitor project schedules, material deliveries, and subcontractor performance. Coordinate with clients and consultants for approvals, clarifications, and progress updates. Ensure installation and commissioning of systems such as FAS, CCTV, PAS, Access Control, and BMS as per approved drawings. Prepare site reports, invoicing support documents, measurement sheets, and handover files. Maintain safety, quality, and ISO documentation at project sites. Support procurement by providing material requirements and verifying BOQs. Handle AMC escalations, service calls, and ensure timely preventive maintenance if required. Conduct site surveys, BOQ designing, CAD drawing preparation, and programming of all fire safety systems.
