Senior Project Engineer

· Immediate resolution of the RFI generated from site by the Developer/Construction Manager/Contractors/Consultants

· Checking of reinforcement before pouring RCC

· Post pour checking of RCC

· Reviewing & verification of structural drawings in coordination with architecture and MEP/services drawings

· Checking of materials used/to-be-used in construction works

· Visit of RMC plant once in a month and ensuring quality of concrete and strength.

· Timely reporting of any deficiency observed in structure and its remedies

· Review and approval of construction methodology

· Review of all test reports of material

· Timely approval with absolute and thorough checking of BBS as submitted by contractor, within 24 hours

· Coordination with the Design team at Head office and Surat office

· Maintaining structural drawing register and ensuring all revisions issued by design team are fully communicated to site team and ensure that work onsite is always undertaken as per the latest revised drawing.

· Attend site review meetings

· Providing all necessary assistance, information and materials of structural components to the Quantity Surveyor and other professional consultants for the Project to facilitate the preparation and submission of the periodic financial statements and final contract accounts of the projects

· Attending all interim and final inspections of the completed works of the Project by representatives of all relevant authorities for Review and Comments.

· Provide quality inspection reports based on site visits done, compliance of the installed works with the design and status of non-conformances and corrective actions. You will submit and have got approved a proposed reporting format from client prior to submitting the first report.

· Carry out monthly quality assurance checks / audits as required and submit monthly structural report with drawing list, quality checks, audit findings and work done by you onsite to client. This report shall be submitted 5th working day of every month.

· Upon practical completion, inspect the works and prepare detailed snag lists and assist in preparing options or solutions for the rectification of defects.

· All other Local NCR Site Visit and Business Development Activity works will have to do.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
