Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in New Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for leading project coordination efforts across multiple disciplines. The ideal candidate will oversee project management activities, streamline communication between teams, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage end-to-end project coordination, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.Facilitate communication between design, engineering, and execution teams.Expedite project tasks and ensure timely inspections and approvals.Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.Manage logistics, documentation, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.Support senior management in planning, reporting, and decision-making processes.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) – Mandatory.Master’s degree in Architecture (M.Arch) or formal Project Coordination/Management certification from a reputed institution – Preferred.Proven experience in Project Management, Expediting, Inspections, and Logistics Coordination.Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination.Ability to work independently and perform efficiently in a fast-paced professional environment.Relevant professional certifications or licenses will be an added advantage.
