Senior Project Coordinator

Reagan Global is seeking a dynamic leader to serve as its Project Facilitation Director, responsible for managing government engagement, land coordination, and development partner interactions for upcoming state initiatives.

Experience handling large-scale, high-value projects and managing government-level interactions across multiple departments

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Reagan Global’s official liaison with Andhra Pradesh cabinets and key state departments, including Urban Development, Industries, Tourism, and Endowments.
• Help lead the project facilitation process, ensuring smooth coordination, documentation, and approvals across departments.
• Oversee land identification, documentation, and planning coordination with district and state-level authorities.
• Liaise between Reagan Global, development partners, and government agencies to advance the project in alignment with state priorities.
• Prepare and submit official briefs, proposals, and progress reports for ministerial and departmental review.
• Facilitate meetings, site visits, and MoU discussions with government and institutional stakeholders.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain updated tracking of all departmental interactions and file movements.
• Travel to Amaravati weekly for meetings, coordination, and follow-ups with state officials.
• Provide regular project updates and recommendations to Directors
• Represent Reagan Global with professionalism and integrity in all official engagements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
