Job Description

Role Overview

Senior Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

Program Management & Delivery
- Define program scope, objectives, and success metrics aligned with business goals.
- Drive end-to-end program execution across multiple projects ensuring timelines, quality, and budget adherence.
- Establish governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms for leadership visibility.
Agile & Collaboration Tools
- Manage workflows and dashboards in
  Jira
  for sprint planning, backlog management, and progress tracking.
- Maintain documentation and knowledge repositories in
  Confluence
  for transparency and collaboration.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Design and maintain
  program dashboards
  using
  Kibana, Grafana, Looker, and Power BI
  for real-time insights.
- Analyze KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to improve delivery performance.
Stakeholder Management
- Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings, retrospectives, and decision-making forums.
Risk & Compliance
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

Strong experience in
Jira
and
Confluence
for Agile program management.
Hands-on expertise in
Kibana, Grafana, Looker, and Power BI
for data visualization and reporting.
Excellent understanding of
Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies
.
Proven ability to manage large-scale programs with multiple stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
12+ years
of experience in Program Management with exposure to technology-driven programs.
Certification in
PMP, SAFe, or Agile
(preferred).

Nice-to-Have

Experience in
cloud-based environments
and
DevOps practices
.
Familiarity with
OKRs
and
value stream management
.
Exposure to
data-driven decision-making frameworks
.
