Senior Product Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our insurance product roadmap, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and delivering customer-centric solutions to drive our growth. Your responsibilities will include defining a forward-looking multi-year strategy tailored to customer segments such as Individual, Group, and Corporate. You will also be tasked with developing unique value propositions to differentiate our offerings in a competitive insurance market. Additionally, you will oversee the design, launch, and continuous improvement of health insurance products, ensuring seamless integration with underwriting, claims, technology, and customer service. Market analysis will be a key aspect of your role, as you will conduct research to identify opportunities, gaps, risks, and innovation areas within the health insurance broking sector. Collaboration with teams such as Sales, Actuarial, Marketing, Legal, and IT will be essential to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-performing products. Furthermore, you will be responsible for building and leading a team of product strategists, fostering a high-performance, customer-first culture. Monitoring performance metrics, defining KPIs, and making data-backed decisions to enhance adoption, revenue, and customer experience will be crucial aspects of your role. To be successful in this position, we are looking for candidates with 12+ years of total experience, including 7+ years in product management and strategy within the health insurance or insurance broking industry. Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams for at least 5 years is required, as well as a solid understanding of insurance products, customer needs, and the regulatory landscape. Strong communication, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities are also essential, along with an educational qualification of Graduate + MBA/MHA (preferred).
