Senior Product Manager - CRM

We seek a highly skilled Sr Product Manager to join our team and take ownership of our product portfolio. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the strategy and roadmap for our product offerings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and customer success, to deliver high-quality, customer-centric solutions that drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Product Strategy:

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with the company's overall vision and objectives.
• Ensure that the product strategy addresses market needs and supports the company’s growth plans.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery.
• Facilitate clear communication and collaboration across teams to achieve product goals.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
• Use insights to inform product development and positioning.

Performance Monitoring and Data-Driven Decisions:

• Define and monitor key performance metrics to measure the success of the product portfolio.
• Make data-driven decisions to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.

Product Development and Quality Assurance:

• Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure product features are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring successful execution and delivery.

Thought Leadership and Expertise:

• Provide thought leadership and act as a subject matter expert in the product domain, both internally and externally.
• Represent the product vision and strategy to stakeholders, customers, and industry professionals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field from Tier 1 institute.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager. Experience in delivering products from 0-1 would be a plus.
• Proven track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Passionate about innovation, with a keen eye for emerging technologies and market trends.
