It is pioneering immersive spiritual tourism through Durlabh Darshan, a VR-led spiritual platform that blends technology, culture, and devotion to deliver deeply engaging spiritual app experiences. We are building a large-scale B2C platform focused on engagement, retention, and monetisation.
Role Overview
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the Durlabh Darshan Android app end-to-end, driving product vision, user engagement, retention strategies, and monetisation funnels for a high-growth B2C spiritual application. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to scale usage, engagement, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the product roadmap using consumer behaviour insights, funnel analysis, and data-driven decision-making
Track, analyse, and optimise core B2C metrics including DAU/MAU, D1/D7/D30 retention, session duration, stickiness ratio, activation rate, and engagement depth
Build and scale engagement features such as streaks, gamification, recommendations, and personalised spiritual journeys
Own the monetisation funnel, including free-to-premium conversion, subscription optimisation, paywall performance, purchase triggers, ARPU improvement, and drop-off reduction
Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Content, Marketing, and Analytics to deliver high-quality Android product releases
Qualifications & Skills (Mandatory)
Degree from Tier-1 institutes only (IITs, IIMs, NITs, etc.)
6+ years of Product Management experience in B2C mobile applications (Android mandatory)
Mandatory: Minimum 2+ years experience in OTT / content-driven platforms
(e.g., Jio Hotstar, TikTok, MX Player, or similar large-scale consumer apps)
Proven experience improving user retention, activation, engagement, and monetisation through data-driven insights
Strong hands-on expertise in funnels, segmentation, cohorts, A/B testing, experimentation, and behavioural analytics
Good to Have
Experience in 0-to-1 or early-stage startup environments
Interest or exposure to AR/VR and immersive technologies
Technical background or previous development experience
Experience leveraging AI-driven recommendations or content workflows
Mandatory Quantified Achievements
⚠️ Profiles must clearly mention at least 1–2 measurable business outcomes, such as:
App growth scaled from X to Y downloads (e.g., 10K → 1M+)
Demonstrable impact on DAU / MAU growth (with % or absolute numbers)
Ownership of revenue or monetisation metrics such as subscriptions, conversion %, ARPU, etc.
