About Our Founders

Bright was founded in 2019 by a founding team from McKinsey’s Banking Practice (Petko Plachkov and AviPatchava) and InMobi Data Scientist (Avi Patchava, Varun Modi, Avinash Ramakath, Jayashree Merwade)

Responsibilities

Has had 2 - 3.8 years of experience in strong analytical problems.
Has a product mindset and wants to grow in the product management vertical (Strong will to grow)
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.).
Ideal if they have worked in AI analytics
Solid understanding of product metrics, funnels, retention, and growth levers.
Proven ability to translate data into actionable product insights and recommendations.
Experience working closely with product managers, engineers, and designers in agile teams.
Hands-on expertise with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, multivariate testing).
Strong statistical knowledge and comfort with Python/R for advanced analysis.
Exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders with data-driven storytelling.
Must have - Very hungry to learn and grow fast and Strong Discipline.

What They Will Learn

Working in a fast paced setup - Directly with consumer AI products
Ownership from Day 1
Product coaching from Senior Product Managers and Experienced Analysts
Ability to be a manager and grow their own team over time

Long-term plan for this role

Role would start as an analytical owner of 1 product (AI)
They will grow to own E2E analytics for 2-3 products
We will coach them both on analytics and product thinking
Based on the candidate's affinity, we have a career path of progressing as an APM OR as an Analytical Manager
