Senior Product Analyst

Role Overview: As a Data Analyst at Snapmint, you will be responsible for performing in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. You will stay updated on industry trends and customer needs to provide insights and recommendations for product enhancements. Collaborating with product managers and engineers, you will contribute to the development and improvement of products. Planning, executing, and analyzing A/B tests will be essential to evaluate product performance and optimize features. Leveraging customer feedback and research, you will understand user behavior, preferences, and pain points. Creating and maintaining detailed reports and dashboards to track product performance and KPIs will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will work closely with various teams, including marketing and product, to align product strategies with business goals. Documenting findings, insights, and recommendations for product enhancements and effectively communicating them to stakeholders will also be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement - Stay updated on industry trends and customer needs for providing insights and recommendations - Collaborate with product managers and engineers to contribute to product development and improvement - Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate product performance and optimize features - Leverage customer feedback, surveys, and research to understand user behavior, preferences, and pain points - Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to track product performance and KPIs - Work closely with various teams to align product strategies with business goals - Document findings, insights, and recommendations for product enhancements and communicate effectively to stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Graduation in B.Tech/B.E from a premier institute - 5+ years of experience in data products and technologies such as SQL, Python, and advanced Excel - Experience with funnel creating and event set up is a must-have - Advanced analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to work through the development of complex business solutions - Prior team handling experience is good to have - Strong communicator, both written and verbal (Note: This job opportunity is based in Bangalore (Kadubeesanahalli), with 5 days working schedule.),
