As a Senior Principal Product Marketing Specialist at NTT DATA, your role is crucial in introducing new organizational products and services to the external marketplace. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling messaging, content, and campaigns for NTT DATA's Digital Collaboration Services portfolio, aimed at enhancing customer and employee experiences through collaboration tools. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop specific marketing plans and activities to establish NTT DATA's Digital Collaboration Services portfolio within the competitive arena. - Collaborate on thought leadership content and whitepapers supporting the positioning of the Digital Collaboration Services portfolio. - Contribute to developing a value proposition and messaging strategy for the portfolio. - Translate technical product positioning into market messages, collateral, and sales tools. - Create connections between the Digital Collaboration Services portfolio and other NTT DATA offerings. - Articulate portfolio propositions to clients and internal stakeholders. - Drive market positioning activities related to the Digital Collaboration Services portfolio. - Create marketing content such as datasheets, case studies, videos, and presentations. - Define and develop necessary communication and training collateral for sales teams. - Influence go-to-market programs and campaigns for the portfolio. - Track and monitor the success of marketing programs for the portfolio. - Conduct competitive reviews and monitor market dynamics for the portfolio. **Knowledge and Attributes:** - Advanced leadership and engagement skills for senior stakeholder interactions. - Business acumen and interpersonal skills for driving collaboration. - Coaching, mentoring, and marketing writing skills. - Strategic thinking and ability to implement sustainable solutions. - Clear and concise presentation skills, along with analytical ability. - Specialist knowledge of product marketing methodologies and industry standards. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. - Understanding of web analytics data. **Academic Qualifications and Certifications:** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a relevant field. **Required Experience:** - Significant experience in B2B technology services product marketing. - Experience in launching new high-tech products and managing complex projects. - Proficiency in software or technology B2B product marketing. - Experience in market analysis, messaging development, and benefit communication.
