Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant - Solution Architect
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect lead the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions across our organization. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Define target architecture (microservices/event-driven), reference patterns, and guardrails across Azure, Power Platform, and Salesforce.
- Design & deliver integrations: Salesforce enterprise systems using Boomi (primary), Azure Integration Services (APIM, Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid).
- Stand up secure Azure foundations: landing zones, network topology, identity (Entra ID/Managed Identity), Key Vault, private endpoints.
- Data platform architecture: ADLS Gen2, ADF/Fabric/Synapse, Delta/Parquet zones, model for BI; data quality, lineage, and SLAs.
- Power Platform governance: environment strategy, DLP, Dataverse schema, ALM (managed solutions, pipelines), COE adoption.
- API strategy: contract-first, versioning, throttling, observability; publish via APIM.
- Non-functionals by design: security, cost, reliability, performance, scalability.
- Lead 4–10 engineers; review designs, unblock delivery, and communicate with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Strong communicator – English in spoken and written form
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Healthcare (HIPAA), Event Sourcing/CQRS, Databricks/Delta Live Tables, Mulesoft experience, cost optimization with FinOps.
