Job Summary:

Senior Presales Executive( Proposal Analyst)

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, write, and edit high-quality proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and technical experts, to gather relevant information for proposals.
• Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and bid documents to understand the requirements and develop a strategic response.
• Develop and maintain a library of proposal templates, case studies, and key content for future use.
• Ensure proposals are well-structured, persuasive, and compliant with company standards and industry best practices.
• Manage the proposal development process, including timelines, drafts, reviews, and final submissions.
• Proofread and edit proposals for clarity, grammar, and consistency.
• Conduct competitive analysis to improve proposal strategies and increase the success rate.
• Work on multiple proposals simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:

  Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.

• Experience:

  5-8 years of experience in proposal writing, grant writing, or a related role. Experience in [Industry-Specific Experience, e.g., IT, Government Contracts] is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical or business information into clear, concise, and persuasive language.
• Experience with proposal management tools and software is a plus (e.g., RFPIO, Loopio, Qorus).
• Knowledge of procurement processes and government/private sector RFP guidelines.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in proposal writing (e.g., APMP Certification) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Canva) for proposal formatting is a plus.
