Position Overview We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist(IT Sourcer /Recruiter) with a strong background in technical hiring , especially in the domains of Application Development , Data Engineering , and Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and should bring a strategic mindset, excellent sourcing capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the recruitment cycle: requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, scheduling and coordinating. Partner closely with technical teams to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies. Source candidates using a variety of tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, etc.) with a focus on quality and speed. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment. Requirements 2 to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment , with a focus on hiring for roles in Application Development / Data Engineering/ Cloud Hirng Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates. Strong understanding of various technical skill sets and modern tech stacks. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
