Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Manage the recruitment cycle: requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, scheduling and coordinating.
Partner closely with technical teams to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
Source candidates using a variety of tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, etc.) with a focus on quality and speed.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Must have
experience in contractual hiring
as well as permanent hiring.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

Requirements

2 to 5 years of experience in
IT recruitment
, with a focus on hiring for roles in
Application Development / SAP hiring/ Contractual hiring.
Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates.
Strong understanding of various technical skill sets and modern tech stacks.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
