Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment cycle: requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, scheduling and coordinating.
  • Partner closely with technical teams to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Source candidates using a variety of tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, etc.) with a focus on quality and speed.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Must have

    experience in contractual hiring

    as well as permanent hiring.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in

    IT recruitment

    , with a focus on hiring for roles in 

    Application Development / SAP hiring/ Contractual hiring.

  • Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates.
  • Strong understanding of various technical skill sets and modern tech stacks.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
