Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, and other platforms to attract qualified candidates for a variety of roles. Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience. On boarding: Manage the on boarding process for new hires, ensuring all required documentation and orientations are completed. Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future roles. Recruitment Metrics & Reporting: Track recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire and quality of hire, and generate reports for management. HR Operations & MIS (30%) Organization Structure Inventory: Maintain and update the organization structure, reporting hierarchies, and departmental changes. Ensure alignment with HR records and organizational goals. JD (Job Description) Inventory: Assist in creating, maintaining, and updating a comprehensive repository of job descriptions across departments and roles. Coordinate with function heads for periodic reviews and alignment. Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding efforts through content creation for careers pages, social media, employee testimonials, and participation in job fairs or campus drives. Collaborate with marketing or external agencies where applicable. Policy Implementation: Support the creation and implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and best industry practices. Employee Communication: Assist the Head – HR in effective employee communication and engagement across all levels of the organization in terms of internal updates, grievance handling, or policy communication. Qualifications & Skills · Graduate in B.Com, BMS, BBA; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred. · 3- 4 years of experience in recruitment role, preferably within the manufacturing or trading industry. · Strong knowledge of working on Job Portals, taking part in Exhibitions and Job Fairs, social media hiring · Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for MIS. · Strong Networking Skills · Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
