Job Description

Majorly focused on new business opportunities in enterprise solutions space. Responsible for creating winning proposals to convert opportunities into profitable business contracts. Interact with prospects to gather & elicit requirements, demonstrate e-Zest capabilities and propose a best fit winning solution. Coordinate with sales and technical teams to drive presales activities. Capture & document detailed requirements that can enable technical teams to define technical solution and estimate the efforts. Create high quality proposals in document & presentation formats to effectively communicate the scope

and proposed solution that can deliver high value to customers. Senior members are expected to contribute in solution design from techno-functional aspects as well.

Desired profile

Responsibilities

  • Confer with customers, prospects and salespeople to collect requirements

  • Perform requirement gathering & elicitation to ensure precise scoping of the functional and nonfunctional requirements for new opportunities

  • Scope, define and design solution offerings based on organizations technology capabilities

  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and technical architects to create winning proposals

  • Coordinate with Sales, Business Development and Account management stakeholders to pursue sales cycles

  • Work on responses for RFP, RFQ, RFI

  • Create proposals and pricing models

  • Respond in a timely and high-quality manner to customers’ requests and requirements

  • Prepare sales presentations with service offerings, success stories & value differentiators

  • Create high-quality solution design documents and lead customer-facing sessions with both technical and senior management audiences

  • Lead discovery workshops with customers and lay down detailed requirements

  • Internal and external stakeholders management

  • Assist sales team in opportunity qualification and in initial meetings with clients

  • Create wire-frames and specification documents

  • Change request management

Qualifications

  • B.E./ B.Tech, MBA – IT/Systems (good to have)

  • Solid understanding of SDLC models, knowledge of both Agile and traditional software development practices

Must-have

  • Strong interpersonal skills and grasping capability

  • Requirements management skill is must have

  • Solution/design thinking is must have

  • Should have good technology awareness & width

  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands

  • Presales experience in latest technologies and various business domains

  • Ability to work in very time critical situations

  • Must be very sensitive to urgencies and deadlines

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels, including CXOs

  • Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view

Good-to-have

  • Development experience / strong technology awareness

  • CSPO, CBAP or equivalent certification

  • Post-Graduation in Business Administration

  • Prior experience as Business Analyst
