Junior and Senior Data Scientist - Agentic AI Developer

Bengaluru | 5-10 Years Experience | 2pm-11pm IST Shift

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Build agentic AI systems with tool-calling, RAG pipelines, and multi-step reasoning workflows
Implement LLM-as-a-judge evaluation frameworks and automated scoring systems
Develop safety guardrails, bias detection, and compliance monitoring (GDPR, EU AI Act)
Analyze performance data, conduct A/B testing, and create stakeholder dashboards
Deploy and monitor AI agents at scale using MLOps tools

Must-Have Skills:

Python proficiency + AI/ML frameworks (LangChain, LangSmith, Phoenix)
LLM expertise (GPT, Claude) with prompt engineering and fine-tuning
RAG systems, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate), NLP
Experience with evaluation metrics (RAGAs, hallucination detection)
SQL, data pipelines, Git, CI/CD
