Programming
: Strong Python skills with production code experience; advanced SQL
LLM Development
: Proven experience building applications with GPT, Claude, or similar models
Frameworks
: Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangSmith, Phoenix, or equivalent agent frameworks
Evaluation Tools
: Experience implementing RAGAs or similar evaluation frameworks
MLOps
: Experience deploying ML models to production and monitoring performance
