Job Description

Job Title:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Source candidates using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) and other networking channels.
Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, communication, and suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Negotiate compensation, benefits, and other terms of employment.
Maintain and update candidate and client databases regularly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and consultants.
Work closely with account managers and senior recruiters to fulfill client requirements.

Required Skills:

Excellent
communication skills
(verbal & written).
Willingness to
work in night shifts (US time zones)
.
Basic understanding of
IT terminologies and technologies
(training will be provided).
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Strong desire to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in
Human Resources, IT, or Business Administration
(preferred, not mandatory).
Familiarity with job portals or basic recruitment processes (added advantage).
