Description
We’re hiring an experienced Piping Engineering professional to lead design, execution, and team development in major industrial projects. Key Responsibilities Execution Plan, organize, and oversee daily work of engineers, designers, and draftsmen. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide technical guidance. Lead key activities: equipment layouts, plot plans, MTOs, model reviews, tendering, and stress analysis. Participate in client meetings, vendor coordination, and internal reviews. Ensure quality compliance with QMS, client standards, and local regulations. Management Conduct performance reviews, resource planning, and gap analysis. Define recruitment needs; coordinate hiring and onboarding with HR. Improve systems, tools, and processes for team efficiency. Train, mentor, and manage development of team members. Support Support client relationship management and ensure satisfaction. Assist business development with technical inputs and coordination. Requirements BE in Mechanical Engineering with 15+ years in piping design (Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Hydrocarbons). Strong knowledge of piping codes: ASME, API, NFPA, IBR. Proficient in 3D design tools and modular skid piping (a plus). Strong leadership, communication, and planning skills. Show more Show less
