As a Sales/Marketing Engineer with approximately 5 years of experience in project/package marketing, your role will involve identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities in the Vadodara region. Your primary focus will be on market outreach, lead generation, client engagement, and follow-up to convert prospects into active enquiries. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively identify and generate new business leads in targeted markets. - Visit clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to present company offerings and solutions. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers. - Promote products, services, and technical solutions tailored to customer/project needs. - Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for new enquiries and qualified leads. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends and opportunities. - Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, proposals, execution) to prepare customized proposals. - Provide regular field updates and customer feedback to the management team. - Attend exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events to enhance networking and brand visibility. - Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, proposals, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Requirements: - Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical/Chemical or related field). - 4-6 years of experience in technical sales, project marketing, or package solution marketing. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships. - Willingness to travel extensively and spend significant time in the field. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. - Familiarity with industrial sectors such as Oil & Gas, Power, Water, Infrastructure, or Manufacturing is a plus.
