Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketer to join our team in Gurgaon. This is a full-time, mid-level position with a requirement of up to 6 years of work experience. As a Senior Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for driving paid social and digital advertising efforts across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.

  • Proficiency in Paid Social, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager is mandatory, requiring advanced skills to manage successful campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in campaign management to efficiently oversee and optimize campaigns for maximum performance and ROI.

  • Proficiency in media planning to strategically allocate budgets and resources for maximum outreach and engagement.
  • Analytical skills to assess campaign performance and derive actionable insights from data to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate campaign goals and performance metrics.
