About the Role:We are on the lookout for a skilled and analytical Senior Performance Marketer to join our on-site team in Calicut, Kerala. If you’ve worked in a fast-paced agency environment, managed large ad budgets, and driven measurable revenue growth for E-Commerce and Service-based B2B/D2C clients, this role is for you.You’ll be leading performance marketing strategies end-to-end—including paid acquisition, creative direction, retention marketing, and CRO—while closely collaborating with design and tech teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and scale ad campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms with clear ROAS and CPA targets.
Drive creative strategy—including copy, visual direction, and offer positioning—for various client verticals.
Build and optimize conversion funnels for Shopify and service-based landing pages.
Implement and manage Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
Manage retention marketing automation through Klaviyo, WATI, ManyChat etc.
Track and report performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and platform-native dashboards.
Stay ahead of digital trends, algorithm changes, and platform innovations.
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, tech and design) to align on KPIs and growth goals.
