Senior Performance Marketer

As a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist at Dermatouch, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns to drive conversions. Your primary focus will be on tracking and analyzing key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CVR to make continuous improvements. A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies will be an essential part of your role. Your role will also involve leveraging Google Analytics and attribution models for making data-backed decisions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be crucial to ensure that paid media strategies align with the brand's goals. You will be expected to optimize ad spends effectively to maximize revenue and customer acquisition. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in performance marketing. Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads with a proven track record of scaling campaigns is a must. Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and data-driven marketing are essential. A background in D2C, beauty, personal care, or wellness brands would be advantageous, and familiarity with Shopify & first-party data strategies is a bonus.
