Role : Senior Payroll Associate

Role Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for India & UAE region.
• Perform payroll review functions as needed. Audit, research and resolve payroll discrepancies
• Perform audits of employee records to ensure tax compliance and ensure new employees are set up correctly. Review and resolve payroll tax compliance notices
• Leads execution of payroll for India and other Middle East countries as assigned
• Collaborate with other team members and other departments to identify and drive process improvements. Including testing of system enhancements
• Provide excellent customer service to our employees and answer payroll related questions timely
• Maintain the integrity, confidentiality, and accuracy of Payroll/HR files, records, and documentation
• Perform other payroll and stock related duties and projects as needed
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of payroll and month end processing to remain in compliance with our SOX procedures and controls
• Identifies key program level horizontal and vertical integration interfaces between major activities, teams and partners
• Facilitates the resolution of issues. Engages with Compliances partner to align on features, integrations and issue resolutions (pre and post payroll)
• Supports first time quality in leading payroll execution by managing program metrics.
• Ensures robust payroll process documentation and training for internal and external teams
• Brings in Management Best Practices

Skills required

• 9-12 years of payroll experience (India & UAE) with excellent verbal, written and analytical skills. APAC and/or MENA region Payroll understanding is a plus
• Proficient Microsoft Office, Gmail, G (Google) Suite preferred (sheets, forms and docs), MIS Reporting tools.
