Role Overview: You will be part of the Banking & Financial Services (BFS) Consulting business unit at Wipro, focusing on providing innovative solutions to help clients transform their businesses in today's dynamic digital world. Your role will involve working closely with the leadership team to define and implement business growth strategies, identify and develop unique services and solutions within the BFS space, manage a team of consulting professionals, establish partnerships with products & fintechs, and contribute to enhancing Wipro's market positioning in the BFS ecosystem. Additionally, you will be the senior point of contact during global customer visits to India, ensuring a signature client experience for all global customers, particularly focusing on the Europe market. Key Responsibilities: - Work with the leadership team to define a sound business growth strategy for BFS - Identify and define differentiated services and solutions for various process areas within the BFS space - Manage the team of consulting professionals based in India, including their goals & objectives, mentoring, and career planning - Define and establish products & fintechs partnerships, working closely with alliance teams and internal stakeholders within Wipro - Leverage partnerships and solutions to create a strong Wipro Market Positioning and increase mindshare in the BFS ecosystem - Act as a proactive force of change and a true partner in clients" transformation, combining strategic counsel with technical excellence Qualifications Required: - Big picture orientation with the ability to conceive effective strategies for driving growth - Entrepreneurial drive, pragmatic approach, and outstanding leadership skills - Proven track record in generating consulting business from new and existing accounts - Experience in managing large practice teams and programme teams - Strong desire to nurture, develop, and mentor top talent into future consulting business leaders - Ability to drive transformation, engage in conversations to uncover underlying problems, and shape challenges into structured problem statements - Excellent communication, relationship building, and networking skills - Knowledge of IT and digital technology applications in the banking and financial services industry, including securities & capital markets - Ability to drive strategic execution, manage change, build relationships, motivate teams, and achieve results - Strong domain knowledge and experience in developing and delivering strategic business initiatives with a focus on Digital Additional Company Details: Wipro Limited is a leading technology services and consulting company dedicated to building innovative solutions for clients" complex digital transformation needs.
