Job Summary
As an Senior EPM Lead on this team, you will lead and participate in delivering various customer engagements, including assessments, requirement gathering, solution design, implementations, support and optimizations. You will work independently on enhancement, development and issue resolution and ensure the timely delivery of project artifacts. You will provide direction, mentoring, and support throughout the project lifecycle and coordinate closely with customer and internal teams to ensure a successful EPM solution.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver customer EPM projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Collaborate closely with business partners and technical teams to translate functional requirements into robust, scalable EPM solutions
- Develop, enhance, and troubleshoot complex business rules, configurable rules, integrations, and automations
- Provide ongoing mentorship and knowledge sharing to project teams, supporting their professional growth and capability development
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination with customer stakeholders, driving projects to successful completion on schedule
- Stay current with Oracle EPM cloud technology, industry standards, and best practices, recommending improvements and innovations as appropriate
- Conduct periodic assessments and optimization engagements to help customers maximize the value of their EPM investments
- Deliver project documentation and artifacts on time, in compliance with customer and Oracle standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in engineering, Computer Applications, or MBA in Finance
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Account Reconciliation (ARCS) - Reconciliation compliance and Transaction Matching
- Expertise in creating Formats, profiles, attributes, matching rules, custom reports using SQL and BIP
- Experience building EPM integrations using Data Integration, Integration Agent, Pipeline, SQL, and EPM Automate
- Working knowledge of FCCS, TRCS will be a plus
- Strong functional knowledge of financial processes and EPM platform capabilities
- Hands-on scripting in at least one of Batch, Python, or PowerShell
- Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to quickly master unfamiliar technical or business concepts with minimal supervision.
Good-to-Have
- Outstanding communication, stakeholder, and project management skills
- Familiarity with Service Requests (SRs), Request for Change (RFCs), and My Oracle Support
- Working knowledge of FCCS, TRCS
