We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven E-commerce Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a persuasive communicator with a deep understanding of e-commerce trends, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a field-based environment.

Role Overview:

The Senior Operations Manager in a B2B ecommerce company leads all core business operations to ensure seamless order fulfillment, scalable logistics, outstanding partner/customer experiences, and continuous process improvement. This role serves as the operational backbone, managing cross-functional teams and driving execution of strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end ecommerce operations, including order processing, inventory management, fulfillment, and logistics, with a focus on operational scalability and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional operations teams, set priorities, assign tasks, ensure accountability, and foster professional development.
• Develop and implement operational strategies that support business growth, process automation, and high service quality.
• Partner with technology, product, marketing, finance, and customer support teams to enable seamless business operations and performance marketing initiatives.
• Champion continuous improvement, identifying bottlenecks and innovating workflows to increase efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure data integrity by implementing reporting and analytics frameworks for operational KPIs, sales, inventory, and fulfillment trends.
• Manage third-party logistics (3PLs), vendors, and supply chain partners to maintain high standards for order accuracy, timeliness, and cost control.
• Support technical releases, process automation, and system integrations alongside engineering and product teams for ongoing platform and workflow upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices in all aspects of operations.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 7+ years' experience in ecommerce operations, with at least 3 years in a management capacity within B2B or marketplace environments.
• Proven leadership in building and scaling high-performing operations teams.
• Deep understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and ecommerce fulfillment.
• Proficiency in data analytics, forecasting, and familiarity with ERP, WMS, and ecommerce platforms.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Track record of driving automation, process improvement, and technology adoption within operations.
• Ability to thrive in a matrixed, fast-paced, and rapidly evolving business environment.
• Experience working with 3PLs, vendors, and managing operational budgets.

Preferred:

• Experience in B2B ecommerce or large-scale marketplace platforms.
