Senior Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution of business processes, improve organizational efficiency, manage cross-functional teams, and drive operational excellence aligned with company goals. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement operational strategies to support business growth and profitability. Oversee day-to-day operations across departments (Sales, HR, Admin, Finance, Customer Relations, etc.). Monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and implement process improvements. Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing operations team. Coordinate with senior management for business planning and resource allocation. Establish policies and SOPs to ensure compliance, efficiency, and quality standards. Drive cost optimization without compromising service delivery. Collaborate with external stakeholders, vendors, and partners to strengthen operational support. Manage budgets, forecasts, and ensure operational targets are achieved. Ensure effective reporting and data-driven decision making. Requirements:Proven experience (8–15 years) in operations leadership, preferably in real estate or related industries. Strong understanding of business operations, process management, and compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills. Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects. Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
