Senior Operations Manager

As a dynamic and experienced Sr. Manager/AGM Operations, your role will involve leading and managing integrated facility management services across multiple sites in Mumbai. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of soft and hard services, developing operational strategies to enhance service efficiency, and maintaining strong client relationships. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading day-to-day operations across multiple client sites - Developing and implementing operational strategies and SOPs - Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental requirements - Monitoring budgets and driving cost-effective solutions - Building and maintaining strong client relationships - Supervising on-site managers, supervisors, and service partners - Conducting site audits, risk assessments, and quality checks - Coordinating with internal departments for resource planning and vendor management - Handling escalations and ensuring business continuity To excel in this role, you should have: - A Bachelors degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred) - 10-15 years of experience in facility management operations, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role - Strong knowledge of building systems, MEP, housekeeping, security, and vendor management - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Ability to manage large teams and work under pressure with tight deadlines Preferred Industry Experience: - Integrated Facility Management (IFM) - Real Estate Services - Corporate or Commercial Facilities - Hospitality (preferred for service orientation),
