Senior Operations Manager

We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager with strong experience in Accounts, Team Handling, and Sales & Marketing support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage accounts, financial records, and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the team, ensuring targets and timelines are met.
• Plan and support sales and marketing activities to drive business growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for smooth daily operations.
• Monitor performance, prepare reports, and improve operational processes.
• Ensure efficient execution of business strategies and overall operational control.

Requirements:
Must Have experience 2years

• Proven leadership and multitasking ability
• Strong knowledge of accounts and operations
• Good communication and coordination skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
