Role Overview:

Surabhi Realtors is looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in real estate sales and should be based in or near Thane.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries and conduct property site visits
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners
• Achieve sales targets through effective client follow-ups and negotiations
• Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing, and property options
• Ensure smooth documentation and transaction closure

Requirements:

• Minimum 6months of real estate sales experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must reside in or around Thane
• Immediate joiner preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
