Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Real Estate Agent based in Ahmedabad. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks will include generating leads, showing properties, providing outstanding customer service, negotiating deals, preparing necessary documentation, and staying updated on real estate market trends and regulations.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Real Estate License
• Experience in Real Estate and knowledge of Real Property
• Customer Service and Sales skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Strong communication, organization, and negotiation abilities
• Familiarity with property market trends and an understanding of local market conditions
• Experience with property management or real estate investment is a plus
• A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
