Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role for a Woods Site Supervisor located in Ahmedabad. The Woods Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations at the site, manage and coordinate woodworking projects, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain project timelines. Responsibilities include supervising crew members, coordinating with suppliers, ensuring the quality of work, and problem-solving any on-site issues that arise. Qualifications: Experience in site supervision and project management Knowledge of woodworking and carpentry techniques Ability to manage and coordinate teams effectively Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Understanding of safety regulations and compliance Effective communication and leadership skills Ability to work on-site and oversee operations daily Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field Experience in residential and commercial projects is a plus Prefer Only Local candidate Experience : Fresher to 2 years Show more Show less
