Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Woods Site Supervisor located in Ahmedabad. The Woods Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations at the project site, ensuring smooth execution of construction activities. They will be responsible for managing the workforce, ensuring adherence to safety standards, conducting quality inspections, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Qualifications

• Woodworking and construction skills, including experience with wooden doors and hardware
• Project management and workforce supervision skills
• Knowledge of quality control, safety standards, and site inspections
• Ability to liaise effectively with team members, contractors, and suppliers
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferable
• Prior experience in a similar supervisory role is a plus
