This hybrid role offers the flexibility of partial work-from-home and requires localized work within Ahmedabad. Responsibilities include managing property sales and purchases, building strong relationships with clients, showcasing properties, conducting market research, and ensuring a seamless experience for buyers and sellers. The Real Estate Agent will represent the company in delivering personalized services and achieving sales goals while adhering to market regulations. Qualifications Holding a valid Real Estate License and a thorough understanding of real estate laws and regulations. Proficiency in Sales and Real Property, with experience in negotiations and closing deals. Excellent Customer Service and communication skills to establish and maintain client relationships. Knowledge of the local real estate market in Gujarat and property trends is a plus. Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills. High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous.
