Role: Senior Operations Lead – Founder Office

Role Overview
This is a senior, hands-on operations role supporting the Founder in a fast-moving trading environment. The role requires ownership of execution, coordination, and follow-through across trading, logistics, finance, and operations. This position is suited for professionals who thrive in semi-structured or unorganised business environments and take full accountability for outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Own cross-functional coordination between trading, logistics, finance, and operations teams
• Act as the execution arm of the Founder’s office, ensuring priorities are tracked and delivered
• Manage and streamline operational documentation including contracts, shipping documents, insurance, and compliance records
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, agents, and external stakeholders across the trading ecosystem
• Track deadlines, action items, and critical deliverables; ensure timely closure
• Handle confidential business matters with discretion and professionalism

• Senior operations professionals with direct exposure to trading, import–export, or commodity businesses

Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in trading, import–export, commodities, logistics, or related sectors
• Strong understanding of trade operations, documentation, and compliance workflows
• Experience working closely with founders or business owners
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, or a related field
• Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
• Flexibility to work extended or non-standard hours as required
