If this resonates with you, we would love to meet you! **Key Responsibilities:** - Work with the business team to understand client requirements, prepare creative proposals, and support in closures. - Be the on-ground representative at offsites, staycations, and events, coordinating with clients, resorts, and vendors. - Take ownership of pre-event and post-event operations including bookings, logistics, and experience delivery. - Coordinate with partner resorts, vendors, and activity providers for seamless execution. - Manage guest communication and service quality during the offsite. - Support new business initiatives, launches, and campaigns within TreeMonks and Tyndis. - Collaborate with the marketing and creative team for on-ground brand visibility and client stories. - Anticipate challenges, problem solve on the go, and ensure a seamless guest experience from start to finish. **Qualifications Required:** - A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. - Excellent at communication, coordination, and multitasking. - Passionate about travel, hospitality, and experiences. - Prior experience in hospitality, travel, or event operations is a plus - but passion and ownership matter more.
