Team Building Games Facilitator - Executive

Your role will involve bringing energy, vibe, and fun to team-building sessions by: - Running fun and engaging team-building games & activities (training provided in the company's signature style). - Setting the vibe by cheering up the crowd, typically consisting of groups of 30 to 100 professionals. - Interacting with diverse teams to make each session lively, memorable, and impactful. - Leading 2 to 3 hour sessions at resorts that are short, fun, and high-energy. - Building rapport and teamwork while maintaining a warm, welcoming, and charismatic atmosphere. The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualities: - An extrovert with high energy and enthusiasm. - A strong communicator who is clear, confident, and engaging. - Professional yet playful, able to be serious when necessary but always fun. - Creative and quick on their feet, capable of improvising when things deviate from the script. - A positive, people-first mindset.
