Operations Associate

What you will do :-

Manage day-to-day operations to deliver seamless and memorable travel experiences for our clients.
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure flawless execution of events and trips.
Solve challenges on the fly, optimize processes, and constantly make things better.
Own your work — because we believe in accountability, not micromanagement.
Multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic, high-energy startup setup.

We are looking for :-

Super-organized and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease.
A people-person who communicates and coordinates effectively with diverse stakeholders.
A self-starter who takes initiative, owns outcomes, and thrives in ambiguity.
