Role Description

As a Senior Operations Executive at Flo Mobility, you'll play a key role in daily operations and contribute to the seamless execution of our robotic deployments. The role involves assisting in operator hiring and onboarding, coordinating training, managing site logistics, and maintaining payroll and attendance records.

Key Responsibilities

-      Talent Support & Onboarding

Sourcing, hiring, and onboarding field operators. Maintain proper documentation and ensure a smooth induction process.

-      Training & Development

Enable operator training to ensure process adherence & safe machine handling.

-      Operational Logistics

Ensuring the timely delivery of spares and other materials from HQ to Project sites.

-      Payroll & Attendance Coordination

Track site-wise operator attendance and assist in preparing monthly salary invoices. Maintain clean records for internal and external reporting.

-      On-Ground Operations Support

Help manage daily operator workflows, resolve field-level issues, and ensure timely task execution in coordination with the central team. 

Qualifications & Skills

-     Prior experience in operations

-     Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary range: 6-8 LPA, however no bar on salary for the right candidate (based on experience),
