Senior Officer - Warehouse

What to expect:

• Scrutiny and distribution of documents for all incoming receipts.
• Updating related files and maintaining accurate warehouse records.
• Preparation of stock identification tags for incoming goods.
• Conducting 100% physical verification of all incoming receipts.
• Communicating discrepancies or damages to concerned stakeholders and ensuring timely replacements and accounting.
• Ensuring on-time GRN preparation in SAP after unloading and scanning.
• Performing timely updates of warehouse records as per defined frequency.
• Carrying out periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation as per SOP timelines.
• Executing SAP activities related to shipments and maintaining documentation.
• Supervising container stuffing and ensuring outbound scanning as per SOP.
• Conducting SOP trainings as per training calendar.
• Preparing and submitting MIS reports on time.
  

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and documentation.
• Proficiency in SAP and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills (internal & external).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
• Ability to conduct and support process training.
• Good analytical and reporting skills using MS Office.
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualification: B.Sc. / B. Com.
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a pharma warehouse environment.
• Job-specific skills: Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP software.
• Other desirable skills: Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) .
